Salsa Fresca (Salsa Cruda)

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 4 fresh serrano chiles, roughly chopped
  • 4 dried chiles de árbol, stemmed and roughly chopped
  • ½ white onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder

Preparation

  1. Place the tomatoes, serranos, chiles de árbol, onion, garlic, and chicken bouillon powder in a blender and pulse.
  2. As you combine the mixture, make sure to pulse on and off, you don’t want the salsa to turn into a smoothie, you want everything to blend but remain a bit chunky.
  3. BEAUTIFUL! As easy as that, it’s ready.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
