Salsa Fresca
Salsa Fresca (Salsa Cruda)
Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 4 fresh serrano chiles, roughly chopped
- 4 dried chiles de árbol, stemmed and roughly chopped
- ½ white onion, roughly chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
Preparation
- Place the tomatoes, serranos, chiles de árbol, onion, garlic, and chicken bouillon powder in a blender and pulse.
- As you combine the mixture, make sure to pulse on and off, you don’t want the salsa to turn into a smoothie, you want everything to blend but remain a bit chunky.
- BEAUTIFUL! As easy as that, it’s ready.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
